Return Process

  Our quality assurance team will review your request within 24-48 hours to confirm that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and eligible for return.

  Pack and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack the cosmetics in their original box and ship them back to our central warehouse using a traceable courier service.

  Resolution

  After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit refund within 5 to 7 business days.
